Refresh Workspace in Sparrow
The Refresh Workspace feature in Sparrow ensures that the most up-to-date data is visible within the current workspace. This includes changes to requests, collections, environments, or team activity made by other collaborators.
Purpose of Refresh Workspace
Refreshing the workspace helps to:
- Sync updates made by team members in real-time
- Retrieve newly added or edited API requests and collections
- Load any changes to shared environments or configurations
- Prevent outdated data from being displayed in an active session
When to Use
- After another team member has made changes in a shared workspace
- When new collections, requests, or environments are not appearing
- If any inconsistencies or loading issues are noticed in the current view
- After re-establishing internet connectivity or returning from an idle session
How to Refresh a Workspace
To refresh the current workspace:
- Navigate to the top of the workspace interface.
- Click the Refresh icon.
- The workspace will reload, syncing the latest data from the server.
🔄 Note: Refreshing does not delete or reset your requests. It only reloads the most current version of the workspace content.
Additional Tips
- For the best collaborative experience, periodically refresh the workspace when working in a team environment.
