Downloading the Application​

You can download the Sparrow application via the Sparrow website (https://sparrowapp.dev) by hitting the "Download" button. Once downloaded, install the application by following the steps displayed on the screen.

Registration​

After downloading and setting up the application on your machine, to register or sign in to the application:

  1. Click the "Create Account" or "Sign In" button.

    Note: If you need help or want to report an issue, click the respective buttons on the screen to reach out to us.

  1. You'll be navigated to the Sparrow welcome screen. Provide your email ID that you'd like to use for registration and click "Continue" to proceed.

  1. On the next screen, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Password. After reviewing the terms of service and agreeing to them, click "Sign Up."

  1. You can also sign up using Google authentication. Click the Google icon and follow the instructions to register with your Google account.

    Once registration is successful, you'll automatically be redirected to the Sparrow application. If not, click the "Open Desktop App" button to proceed.

Verification Code​

After completing the sign-up form, a verification code will be sent to your email for authentication. Check your inbox, enter the verification code in the app, and click "Verify." Once your account is authenticated, you can begin using the Sparrow app.

Login​

We hope you enjoy the Sparrow app and won’t need to log out, but if you do:

  1. Follow the registration steps up to the email entry part.

    If your email is registered, you will be redirected to the login page automatically.

  2. Enter your password and click "Sign In" to access the Sparrow application.

Forgot Password​

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.

  2. Enter your registered email ID and click "Send Request" to receive a verification code.

  1. Enter the 6-digit verification code received via email and click "Verify" to proceed.

  1. Enter a new password and click "Verify." Your password will be successfully reset. (Note: The new password must not be the same as the old one.)

Note: If you're having trouble opening the browser, use the link on the desktop application screen or copy the link to continue with the registration/login process.
