The Your Plan page in Sparrow Admin allows users to view and manage their current subscription details. It provides a summary of the active plan, billing cycle, and payment history, along with quick access to essential billing and account management features.

Key Sections​

  • Current Plan Details: Displays the active plan name, pricing, applied discounts, and billing dates. Users can view the next billing date, last payment amount, and total paid amount. Options to change or cancel the subscription are available here.
  • Upgrade Plan: Allows users to upgrade to a higher plan tier to unlock additional features. The Upgrade button directs to the plan selection page.
  • Billing Support: Offers assistance for billing and subscription-related queries. Users can reach the support team for invoice clarifications, plan recommendations, or billing issues through the Contact Sales button.
  • Quick Links: Provides easy access to commonly used features, including:
    • Manage Users
    • Open Hub
    • View Invoice History
    • View Payment Information
    • Settings
  • Additional Links: At the top-right corner, links to Billing Documentation, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy are provided for reference.
